Once again, I have shed my crusty old carapace and emerged with a brand new, slightly moister one. Let’s just call it “glistening.” This time with pretty colors and fancy-schmancy gizmos, like the scrolling thingamabob at the top of the main page. I love that thingamabob. Go ahead, try it, I can wait.

Cool, right? Woo hoo! I’m a happy as a wiener dog with a new sweater!

A million thanks to the amazing Kurt Pennypacker at Stalelife for designing the new site. He took all my ideas and direction like a champ, and considering that my ideas and direction look a lot like this:

I’d say he did a smashing job.

I still need to do some housework around here and learn how everything works, but I figured I’d throw out the welcome mat anyway. Construction is mostly done, we just have to tweak a few loose shingles here and there. By all means, take one of the crocheted hard-hats I left by the door and watch out for exploding punctuation. And be careful, Mr. Pickles piddled in the corner. Apparently he’d rather be naked and free.

I have lots of fun stuff in store. More images of kitschy stitches, of course, and a few other tricks up my sleeves. I haven’t blogged in a million years, so there will be much hump-busting in order to win everyone back. Now, time to make with the funny.
